Qiren Organisation is an insurance agency with deep focus on using digital technology to delight their clients. I led the UI UX direction of all their tech-digital products across the company, while helping to shape and visualise the organisation’s digital strategies. All these digital solutions has helped connect the agency’s partners altogether which includes - clients, financial agents and brand partners.
Provided plenty of tools for over 400 agents to make the entire AX (Agent Experience) unique at one’s fingertips. Solutions included merging of Online and Offline (O2O) experiences, Gamification and sorting of data and marketing automation so that agents can provide a personalised service forward.
